At Galashien Academy, the Youth in Leadership Program offers young leaders a transformative, eight-month experience that goes far beyond conventional education. This immersive program is crafted to develop essential leadership skills, with a focus on Future Studies and Self-Leadership Mastery. Our mission is to equip young adults with the tools they need to make informed, impactful decisions, lead with integrity, and confidently navigate an unpredictable world.
With a blend of theory, hands-on practice, and mentorship, this program takes participants on a journey of personal discovery and leadership excellence. By the end of this program, participants will have a strong foundation in adaptive leadership, community impact, and the self-confidence necessary to inspire and lead others.
